Quick-change artist: Cosma sofa bed from Cor
In just a few easy steps, the comfortable sofa for sitting can be transformed into a comfortable bed for sleeping. Thanks to the integrated slatted frame and comfortable upholstery, the Cosmo sofa can be transformed into a sleeping accommodation for up to two people in no time at all. The simple and puristic form can be set off well and, depending on the individual choice of fabric, can set accents in the living room. The functional sofa was designed by the Müller Wulff design studio in 2004.
Material and format
The frame consists of a strong squared timber construction made of solid beech with solid mortise and tenon joints. The visible frame is black. The seat springing consists of a slatted frame. A multi-layer polyether construction with fleece cover additionally ensures pleasant comfort. Also included is a pluggable armrest cushion. If required, additional armrest cushions can be ordered for an additional charge.
The sofa bed offers a variety of covers, so the material varies in different fabric and leather versions depending on the individual choice. The covers are always completely removable.
The sofa measures 210 cm in width, 97 cm in depth and 71 cm in height. The seat height is 39 cm and the seat depth is 58 cm. When the back element is folded down, it creates a reclining surface of 210 x 140 cm.
