The Circle pendant light is as simple as it is ingenious: A cable, a sweeping circle and a socket with light bulb, that's all it takes to convince everyone of its eye-catching qualities. Circle breaks with the classic idea of a suspension lamp and looks like the minimalistic version of a dream catcher.
Circle pendant lamp are less alone together, meaning that if you hang two Circle lamps next to each other - preferably at different heights - the design effect is twice as large.
Material and size
The Circle Pendant Lamp by Northern Lighting is made of steel. The designer lamps are 62 x 30 cm in size, the black cable measures 350 cm. Circle is suitable for a variety of light sources: from LED (3 W) to halogen (18 W) to traditional light bulbs (25 W). If you want to do something good for the environment, choose version 1.
Design
The name suggests it already: Hannakaisa Pekkala is a true Finn. Pekkala is one of the new generation of Finnish designers. What all their designs have in common is the contrast between urban life and the rough, unbridled nature. The Northern Circle Pendant Lamp also embodies this contrast in a highly appealing way: the exposed light source combined with the filigree structure.
