Designer Hans J. Wegner's approach to design was very experimental. It is therefore not surprising that the CH88P is an artful combination of wood and steel. The designer chair demonstrates the designer's playful approach to designs and materials particularly well.
The chair is versatile, elegant and very functional. The practical design is stackable and features a special combination of steel and wood. A minimalist design with an oval wooden seat and steam-curved backrest - we think it' s a masterpiece!

As one of the most creative, innovative and productive Danish designers, Wegner is often referred to as the master of the chair. During his lifetime, he designed more than 500 chairs, many of which are masterpieces. The legendary Wishbone Chair is probably one of his most famous designs and has been in continuous production since 1950. Wegner's focus as a designer was on bringing the soul of the furniture to the outside world through its simplicity and functionality.
Material and format
The frame of the chair is made of stainless steel, with a back made of beech or oak wood in different versions and an upholstered seat. The chair is 57 cm wide, 44.5 cm deep and 76.5 cm high.
