Up to now, the Czech Lucie Koldova has mainly dedicated herself to designing lamps. For Freifrau, she designed her first upholstered chair, which once again represents a symbiosis of designer and company. She was inspired by elegant fashion and the casual style of other Freifrau models. The characteristic detail lies in the transition from taut to gathered material. However, the opulent folds do not take anything away from the lightness of the beautiful design armchair thanks to the filigree chair legs and free-floating seat.
Freifrau Sitzmöbelmanufaktur - The brand with the favourite piece guarantee
Freifrau Sitzmöbelmanufaktur was founded in 2012 by Hansjörg Helweg. Together with a team of well-known designers and new talents, he develops seating furniture that is characterised by its attention to detail and its claim to sustainability.
Production takes place in Germany and is based on traditional craftsmanship. By using selected and durable materials, Freifrau Sitzmöbelmanufaktur also underlines its ecological awareness. It is particularly important to the manufacturer that the seating furniture is not only pleasing to the eye, but can also be experienced by the other senses, which is made possible by the use of pleasant wood, leather with a good grip and soft fabrics. Each piece of seating furniture is unmistakably unique and a real favourite.
Material and format
The Celine armchair has a steel frame in deep black and is available with two different leather covers.
It is 87 cm high, 60 cm wide and 62 cm deep. It has a seat height of 47 cm. The armrests are at a height of 68 cm.
