Art: Broken Mirror Mirror Gufram
Broken Mirror by Gufram plays with a contradiction - what is broken is broken - or is it? Broken Mirror does not abandon its function, but enriches it by becoming an art object that transcends boundaries.
The Broken Series is part of a project that came into being through Gufram's love of experimentation and the design of the New York duo Snarkitecture. In the process, the boundaries between architecture, design and art are blurred and unusual and special design objects are created.
Material and format
The reflective surface is surrounded by a frame made of soft polyurethane, which is shaped like a crack in the wall. The mirror measures 200 x 100 x 20 cm.
