Woven: Candy Shade lampshade by Hay
Hand-woven with an original weaving technique - the Bonbon Shade lampshade by Hay is something very special. Designer Ana Kraš has created textured, unique lampshades. In cooperation with Hay, her idea was developed and absorbent cotton yarn was wrapped around powder-coated steel frames. Each lampshade thus differs slightly in appearance and texture.
The cable sets for this lamp are available separately and here in the online store. You have the choice between a table or floor lamp and a pendant version for ceiling lamps.
Designer Ana Kraš
Ana Kraš was born in 1984 in Belgrade, Serbia. She studied furniture design and interior design at the University of Applied Arts in Belgrade. After graduation she moved to New York and worked on various projects in the fields of object design, art, photography and fashion. Her designs have been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions worldwide and have been published in many international publications.
Material and Format
The lampshade is made of wool and a steel construction. It is available in three different sizes and various colours. The lamps are always delivered without bulbs!
