Summery-fresh design: Basket flower box long Fermob
The modern reinterpretation of the classic balcony box is called Basket and comes from Fermob.
With the elongated flower box Basket by Fermob, you can have a real summer feeling on the terrace even on rainy days.
Thanks to the wide-ranging Fermob colour palette, almost anything is possible in terms of colour - from delicate shades such as nutmeg or linen to dark, muted liquorice or anthracite to real bright colours such as poppy red or fuchsia.
When designing the shape, Fabio Meliota was inspired by French design creations of the 19th century - the elongated Basket balcony box is therefore something very special.
Material and format
The elongated Basket also differs from classic flower boxes in its structure: the aluminium box is surrounded by a steel wire frame that serves as a support and forms two legs. The upper part of the frame ends in a handle, which is both a decorative element and a carrying handle.
Another practical feature is the water outlet on two sides of the balcony box, which can be closed with a plug.
Just as with designer furniture, it is also important to choose the right materials for outdoor accessories: Fermob plays it safe and has the surface of the balcony box highly protected and coated with a UV-resistant powder lacquer.
