Replacement backrest for model S 32 and S 64 by Thonet, design Marcel Breuer.
The backrest can be reordered from in stained or lacquered
beech. For ecological reasons, only water-based lacqueris used ,which gives the wood surface a silky matt sheen. This may result in a deviation in the gloss level and colour ofolder models. You can also order the matching replacement seat from us.
Care instructions
Wipe the wickerwork regularly with a damp cloth from both sides to maintain its elasticity - this is particularly advisable in dry or air-conditioned rooms.
Dryness over a long period of time makes the natural material brittle and susceptible to cracking. Clean soiled areas with a damp cloth and soft soap. If threads come loose, reattach them with glue .
Also note that spare parts CANNOT be returned and are therefore excluded from exchange.
