Ausi14 by Graypants is the largest of the collection - compared to the Ausi12 and Ausi8 pendants. Seth Grizzle and Jonathan Junker have designed these as part of their extravagant scraplights collection.
The Scraplight is on
Who owns a Scraplight pendant definitely does not want to do without it: the harmonious, atmospheric light and the unique flair of the extraordinary designer lamps.
Handmade from countless layers of recycled cardboard, each Ausi14 design luminaire is unique.
How does the manufacturer manage to create such a perfect structure? This is made possible by a laser that splits the cardboard boxes into precisely defined shapes by hand before further processing.
Since the manufacturer values environmental awareness, only non-toxic adhesive is used to combine the recycled elements. In the end there is a pendant which is as unique as it is individual.

The problem solvers
The founders of Graypants see themselves as problem solvers. Seth Grizzle and Jonathan Junker managed with the Scraplights collection to create designer lamps that also convince with environmental compatibility.
Responsible design, responsible material selection, responsible production - this is the success story of the company founders from Seattle.
And the concept works: The two designers were awarded with the AIA Seattle's Award of Honor for their debut project shortly after the label was founded.
