Shows its face: the foldable Anna Gong etagère by Alessi. The fact that an etagère grows in height is the purpose of an etagère. However, the fact that an etagère can be folded up to save space when not in use and literally shows its face is anything but ordinary.
The extravagant design comes from the Italian designer Alessandro Mendini. However, the idea of a foldable etagère does not come from him, because Anna Gong is a homage to an earlier Alessi etagère with the simple name: art. 898, which sold like hot cakes in the sixties.
Material and format
Anna Gong is made of polished 18/10 stainless steel. When unfolded, the Alessi etagère offers three levels for presenting your chocolates, biscuits, snacks - or whatever you would like to serve to your guests. The length of the Anna Gong Etagére is 44 cm, the width 20 cm and the height 27 cm.
