If simplicity is beauty, then this design from Finland is perfect. The Aalto 80A is a table that Alvar Aalto designed for Artek in 1935. The birch table with its curved L-legs - a groundbreaking invention by Aalto for furniture construction, as from then on the legs could be effortlessly attached directly to the tabletop - is light and yet sturdy, perfectly suitable as a desk, but also as a kitchen or dining room table, which can easily be moved to the balcony or terrace when the weather is nice. Artek: Simple and always modern

Material and format

The 80 A Design Table by Artek, the simple beauty with the legendary L-legs, is 60 cm wide, 120 cm long and 74 cm high. The table is made of lacquered birch wood, the surface of linoleum. It is available in different colour variations, the table top is available in black or white.
