Classic from the Black Forest: 360/13 quartz cuckoo clock Engstler
The first cuckoo clocks were made in the Black Forest as early as the 18th century. The name Engstler stands for a family business in this sector that has been run for several generations. In addition to tradition, Engstler also favours innovation through technology. The result is Black Forest clocks of exceptional quality, both technically and in terms of craftsmanship. All figures are hand-painted - handmade in Germany.
Material and format
The clock is made of solid wood and is genuinely handcrafted - made in Germany.
The quartz movement is battery-operated, so no winding is necessary. The pendulum swings back and forth and every hour on the hour the door opens and the cuckoo comes out and announces the new hour with its call.
It has an automatic switch-off at night via a light sensor.
