Belongs to the family: 24 Karat Blau Flat wall lamp Ingo Maurer
The Flat version is the latest family member of the well-known 24 Karat Blau series by Ingo Maurer. The lamp is made of wafer-thin Japanese gold. The principle of the 24 Karat Blau Flat is based on an acrylic glass panel that encloses wafer-thin beaten gold leaf and is mounted flat on the wall in front of the light source.

Artist, poet, light figure - since 1966, the designs of the qualified graphic designer Ingo Maurer have inspired us because they are as extraordinary as they are individual. From the very beginning, Ingo Maurer produced his creations himself - this made the uncompromising realisation of every single artistic idea possible. Away from immobile, static designs, towards the lightness of being - this maxim is reflected in each of Ingo Maurer's designs. He died on 21 October 2019, but his art of lighting lives on!
