The design
Responsible for this shapely statement piece is designer René Hougaard, who founded his own studio ARDE in 2014. His work is characterised by a minimalist aesthetic and a holistic approach from the idea to production.
Material and format
The Covent Club Chair is based on a plywood core construction. Seat and back have high-quality foam upholstery. For the cover made of Nevotex Barnum, you can choose from the following colour variants: Lana 24, Hemp 3, Dark Taupe 10.
The Covent Club Chair is 60 cm wide, 54.5 cm deep and 80 cm high. The seat height is 46 cm.

Barnum is a retro-inspired bouclé that gives furniture a certain 70s vibe. The fabric has a Martindale of 60,000 and is composed as follows: 45% cotton, 19% viscose, 15% wool, 13% acrylic, 8% polyamide.
